Traditional Weekly Religious Education
Weekly Religious Education classes will meet in the school building on Sunday mornings at 9:45-10:45am, between the Masses.
Our program, Alive in Christ, features a unique spiral scope and sequence based on seven essential doctrinal themes. Age-appropriate content for each theme is presented at every grade level as the child grows and develops.
♦The Catechesis of the Good Shepherd program will be available to Ages 3 to Kindergarteners.
Family Home Study Religious Education
A parent-led program, families will complete each unit at home using provided lessons plans as well as attend a monthly in person meeting. This allows children to receive instruction at home and still be in a community with other Catholic families and peers.
Third Sunday Child & Family Fellowship
On the Third Sunday of every month all the RE students and their families will meet together. We will have faith-filled activities planned to encourage the strengthening of our parish community. Families will be invited to the Children & Family Mass at 11:00am where we will celebrate the Eucharist together.

Parent Involvement:
Dedicated volunteers are essential for the success of our Religious Education program. There are many ways in which to be involved and every family is asked to participate in some way. Volunteering is one of the best ways to get to know the other families in our parish.
Volunteer teachers lead the Sunday Religious Education Classes. Training and curriculums are provided and all supplies for classes are prepared and supplied by staff prior to each Sunday's class. Teaching is a wonderful way to increase your own knowledge of and connection to our faith.
*Please note- background checks and VIRTUS training are required for adults who volunteer with children and youth. Safe Environment Information
